The key goal of this role is to equip sales teams and business leadership with the tools, insights, support and practices to achieve greater success, efficient preparation of sales meetings, content, personalised and data driven. The ultimate objective is to achieve higher sales velocity and commercial impact.  

The responsibilities include

  • supporting pitch preparation
  • driving, supporting and analysing a 360 degree sales representation on our CRM platform (Hubspot).
  • routing and sometimes managing incoming leads
  • sourcing sales targets and business development opportunities
  • internal and external event preparation
  • creating and managing email and social media and other marketing campaigns
  • create and keep up to date an ongoing tracking and reporting methodology for the marketing to sales function  
  • ongoing proofreading/presentation creation and general document and report creation support  
  • ensuring client support materials are of a high standard , appealing design and error free
  • generating management information reports

The candidate will help to develop an audience centred approach to product marketing, such as  

  • go to market strategies
  • surveys and customer insight
  • competitive positioning
  • build product-level documents, explainer videos and other marketing assets
  • define market requirements, business case, marketing plan, sales enablement plan, launch plan and solution handbook
  • the development of customer references, proof points, case studies for external and internal use as well as preparation of sales events are also part of the remix of this role.  

You have

  • at least 3 years experience in sales oriented marketing activities, and a hands on ability to build processes from the ground up
  • good communication skills, ideally in at least 2 languages  
  • a data-driven approach, that builds processes in a way that can scale effectively
  • intimate knowledge of the sales cycle and sales and marketing methodologies  
  • experience with CRM, social media, and general affinity with digital technology and travel
  • ideally experience in a fast moving retail environment
