QA TESTER

Branchspace works with major travel brands, including airlines, to design and deliver world-class digital applications.

We are looking for a QA Tester to join our engineering team. This is a full-time role based at our growing office in central Krakow, Poland.

The ideal candidate should enjoy the challenge of joining a growing company. We are looking for a QA Tester to assess software quality through manual testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches.

What the role involves

• Performing exploratory testing
• Preparation of test cases/test scenarios (incl. required test data, conditions, expected results, etc.)
• Testing of new features and regression testing (including acceptance of new builds)
• Everyday cooperation with the development team and Product Owner based in different locations
• Participation in sprint planning and prioritisation activities
• Supporting UAT (e.g. verifying the raised issues, preparing reports)

Experience required

• Minimum six months of software testing experience
• Preparation of test cases and scenarios
• Willingness to learn
• Great organisation and communication skills

Experience with the following beneficial:

• Basic foundation in programming
• Writing automated and performance tests
• JIRA, Confluence
• Working with agile teams
• eCommerce platform experience
